Hey guys just wondering if any other guys have noticed that the stock shifter on the 1199 will actually work on shifting gears down and up. When i was riding my 2014 1199S the other i just tried to downshift and it worked pretty smooth to my amazement. I tried it a few times after that and all gears but 6th to 5th work without using the clutch. This made me wonder if its gonna do any damage to the quick shifter or trainy over time since the factory people never advertised it as up/down quick shifter. Any input welcome guys...
