I am trying to find out more information on this model (photos, manual etc) plus contacts for parts (mainly footrests, grips, bolts, nuts etc seat, guards etc). Any ideas?

Also, as a novice restorer...where do you start when trying to restore an old bike and what's the best order to do things.

For example, do you start with engine, then electrics, then suspension, then seat, then body works and paint?

That 450 looks perfect. I'd love to achieve something half as good as that. Is that what the forks should look like? Couldn't I send to SA and it comes back like that

Do you have any more photos? Did Raceface do the paint?

It's a 250, barn find but had a bit of a "bitsa" renovation.

I have the air box but not sure I have all of it.

It turns over nicely, but seems to be a flat battery. I've put it on a 6v charger but not getting any light on the charger that it starting to charge so need to fix that.

I will e mail you for your thoughts on where to start if you don't mind.

Raceface did the paint . Singles really need a fully charged battery they can be difficult little beasts.
