In retrospect? Buy a couple of pit bull stands. They store more easily, have zero moving parts, and are just as easy to use (if not easier)
I was going to asked what the side stand can do that the std. front, rears, and jacks stands can. Seems like the answer is nothing, other than take up space. I also have a hydraulic drive on stand that I use for oil changes etc. That way it's at me sitting on a bench height at worst or standing at best.

You can move it around while it's up that's something none of you options can do.

The MotoMFG/Podium type lifts lift the bike completely with one lift and allow removal of front end as well as wheel and sprocket carrier at the same time. You can't do that with a fork lift stand and a rear stand as pictured above.
