Is the engine seized? Stalling hot could have been due to the main bearings failing. The preload was too high from the factory

One would think he would of herd it, I know I did when mine went.

Easy enough to check for a seized engine..

Just wondering what is your battery voltage when you are trying to start you bike? Do not look at the your gauges, connect a good voltmeter to the battery and check the voltage when you are trying to crank the bike. If it drops below 10V - get a new battery.
In regards to the starter solenoid. By bypassing it, you are eliminating it from the circuit, and if the bike still does not start, then the problem most likely exist elsewhere.

Did you bench test your old starter after you removed it to make sure that it was indeed bad? Did you do voltage drop test at the starter terminal where the cable from the solenoid connects?

The battery is fine, I have 2 brand new ones. Both are at about 12.5 when I try to crank it. I'm not that knowledgeable to know how to do all the electrical tests without someone showing me how.

This bike had a full workover by the dealer about 2 weeks before this happened. They checked it top to bottom and said everything was perfect. Honestly it's getting to the point I might have to bring it to them, I just don't need a massive labor bill so I'm trying to figure something out before it comes to that.

I don't know about your dealers, but I don't think I would believe mine if they said everything was perfect..

They certainly would not of looked at the bearings.
