Hi Guys, need some advice. We're all aware of the sputtering below 4k RPM on 848 evo when cranking the throttle but my 2012 model sputter at higher RPM as well. I can crank the throttle at 7k RPM an will still sputter (but not stall). This at any gear. If I dont crank the throttle then no issue. Any idea what it could be? I've changed the spark plugs and fuel filter & tried injector cleaner no luck. Anything else It could be?

Why could it be the kickstand switch?
If it is grounding out etc it will cut the bike off. You can test this by putting a paper clip in the connector portion that comes off the harness to the kickstand.

I'm going to bet it is your TPS, could be a lose connection like the kick stand switch, but very easy to replace and cheap if you shop around. You should "reset" it when you replace it.

I've purchased them off ebay and they work fine..

Thanks! Sure enough I think you're right. I've ordered the switch and will advise if it solves the issue. Thanks again!
