2012 Panigale S forged wheels

I have a set of "S" marchesini wheels front and rear with or without stock tires with 2k miles on them. The bike went done and scratched the lip. The hold air and I don't feel any bends. I prefer someone local, so they can see them in person before the purchase. I am in Northern IL. I regularly go to Blackhawk Farms and will be at Road America the 17th and 21st of August. I was thinking $1500 with tires and $1350 without. I bought these to use on my R at the track, just in case I went down, but I decided that I am not going to go through the effort of switching them out because if I go down, I have much more to worry about than the cost of the rims.
The rear is worse than the front (see pictures), but it is on the left side of both the front and rear wheels.
