Do you guys really shop at this place?

I've been trying for 3 weeks to exchange my "red" (aka pinkish) frame plugs for black ones and if they ever answer their phone it's either:

"I don't handle that problem"
"Frame what? Plugs? What?"
"We'll need pictures of the plugs and the frame" -- yet, they cannot be installed nor out of the original packaging.

And now they want me to pay shipping both ways (which I offered to do in the first place) and 20% restocking.

F that place. :banghead:

I also had some challenges with an '06 Corsair that they supposedly had. Needed the helmet to pick up the bike and ride two hours and they dropped the ball...turned out they didn't have the helmet and I got an '07 instead. It was just disorganized...

I have had positive experiences with www.kneedraggers.com and www.ridegear.com Anyone from MA can check out MotoMarket in Acton - limited but focused gear and they can order just about anything for you to actually try on and return there if it doesn't work out.

Ordered some parts from 58cycle.com, paid extra for priortity mail shipping (2-3 days), but they shipped my items out regular ground. Took 7 days to get, and they charged me the extra $$$ for the priority service. Took several e-mails for a period of two weeks for them to refund me the difference in shipping which was around $15. I pressed for my refund more so for a point of customer service, rather than the $$$. Why should they make money on my expense for something they did wrong?

From time to time, 58cycle.com does post some pretty sweet deals, and I would order from them again, but never for something I'm in a rush to get or for something that may require additional customer service upon arrival.
