You cheeky French surrender monkey.

Since you have chosen to go "public," so to speak, over the forum, insinuating I might be untrustworthy, I wish I could post all the ridiculous questions you have emailed me about the bike and I have responded to, including photo's, not too mention answering calls @ 06.30 in broken Engilsh.

Why do you now ask for a photo of me sitting on the bike, you don't know what I look like anyway, it could be anyone.
As for paying for the bike, I have just returned from the bank, (again) and there is still no record of any transaction.

Pay for it and I will deliver it to France, or don't bother me again.

Declan,
So sorry about the call, you know am not an English man,
You should know that international wire do take 3 to 4 working daysm, i only sent
payment yesterday.
All am asking for is a photo of the frame number, speedo and anyone can sit on the bike and take a photo of it. That all .
Please understand, i need to be very careful and satisfy my conscience .
with all due respect please send the photos today or i will terminate the transaction.

I think to be fair you should of made this request pre sale. Demanding it post sale is a bit unreasonable. You certainly can ask but he is not obligated.

I do reuested for the photos, but he said i should proceed with the payment.

I want to see if the frame number tally with the registration papers and also a photo of the speedo to confirm and finally a recent photo of anyone sitting on the bike.
That not much to ask, the money is 42k .

You guys should plead with me for him to do it so both of us we have a smooth transaction.

I'm just saying you should of gotten what you asked for prior to sending money. Threatening to resend the money makes thing complicated and ugly. These things you demand should of been satisfied before.

^exactly. I don't care if I'm sending 42k yen, I'm still going to make sure that whatever it is exactly to my liking before making the transaction. Hope this is a lesson learned.

Francophon, why didn't you just go over to England to inspect the bike? For 42k pounds I would have. Then you could have sorted out all the issues on the spot. I can't fathom how such a simple transaction can go off the rails like this -- and in public??
