Hello, I couldnt do the peg rotation adjustments since they dont want to turn, there must be a screw for it but i dont know which one. And since acclign is bankrupt i couldnt find a manual book either online.

Can anybody help?

Don't be afraid to loosen them all up, clean the threads, re-apply loc tite and retorque them back on. If you have been using the rear sets for a while, chances are corrosion and dirt caused the peg to get stuck in place even after you loosen all the bolts. A light tap with a rubber mallet may help but it would be a good opportunity to take everything apart and give them a good clean while you're at it.

The eccentric adjustment tends to bind up, so it requires a bit of force. Loosen it all the way give it a light tap if needed.
