I turned this bulb clock wise (down) on the high beam side. It was a hex bolt. I just need a temp solution until I add an hid on that side. Low beam already has 6000k 55w.

i can't remember which bolt does what, but you should have been able to actively watch the light pointing further down as you rotated the bolt.
