HIDS are for all Ducatis, just found out folks

Disclaimer: I don't work for this company and am in no way connected. Simply put I like to take care of people who take care of me and like to refer great experiences so that others benefit.

Website coming soon, in the meantime let me know if you want to check out these kits. Plug and play for all Ducati Superbikes. (I believe he is finalizing the 1098 kits now, I just saw mine for the 999 and they're clean!)

Why go with HID:
- better visibility 3x bright then convesional halogen with less glare on oncoming traffic
- better sign visiblity, 6000k hugh reflects better with phosphorescent paint found on most U.S. street and highway signs
- less power consumption
- less heat produeced
- longer bulb life 2000+ hours of bulb life over halogen bulbs
- that cool expensive car look

Kit comes with:
- 1 main ballast
- 1 HID bulbs
- 1 safety relays
- all needed fasteners
- one year warrenty on all parts including bulbs (turn around time under a week allow for shipping)

Shipping:
- Standard shipping with DHL with tracking confirmation

They come packaged up nice with hermetically sealed bulbs - check out the last link for wiring pics. The guy is very cool and easy to deal with too.

Thanks

P.S. That's not my bike...I wouldn't be caught in public with those orange reflectors! :nerd:

What's the cost and is it a two bulb setup or do you have to buy two kits?

I'm not 100% sure if this goes for all sets...the cost was $150+ for a set and $280+ for two sets. One kit per bulb, I know the options are at least 6000K and yellow 3500K. Going over 6000K usually doesn't make sense unless you're just going for color and not brightness.

I'm going to try the yellow as a high beam to distinguish the two. Not like a 6000K high beam isn't going to blind someone...but bikes bounce so much and people get confused. I want someone to really know I mean business when they see yellow mixed in there. Gotta start off with the 6000K though because the yellows are a bit behind.
