The August 2015 Ducati of the Month contest starts now! This month, we're doing "From the open road" theme so ride your bike somewhere scenic and spectacular and take your best photo! (That means no driveway pics.) :p

We welcome everyone including vendors to participate, however we will not pick the same winner within a 3 month period.

The contest will close in one week. (Sunday, August 23) Staff will pick finalists and you guys vote for the winner.

Rules for entry are below:

- The photo must be attached to a post in this thread
- Only one picture will be allowed, so make it your best! (do not submit multiple photos or you will be disqualified)
- You must be the owner of the Ducati.
- Photoshop and other software can be used for enhancements only. No photo manipulation allowed

The winner will receive a $25 Amazon gift card from Ducati.org and be featured on the front page!

Looking forward to your entries!

I can't win anyway but it was up in the Azusa mountains east of LA. Foggy morning ripe for pictures on these beautiful machines...

I see that tye changed your mind about not wearing gear :D
LOL I always go out fully geared up bro. The one picture I posted without gear, I was just heading to the beach going really slow and enjoying the breeze. Tye just likes to :stickpoke people.

Steven.. what is that rear tyre?? I don't have grooves that big on my 4WD.
Continental Contimotions... They are by far the sh*ttiest tires I have ever felt. Hardly any feedback whatsoever. Kinda feels like riding on the front tire of those Big Wheels you had as a kid lol. I just haven't had the money to replace them and since I've been injured they do fine for normal riding. But I am going to replace them by the start of next season for sure.

Lol this year is supposed to bring El Niño again, so from what I understand, there will be plenty of rain. But for the most part, it's normally always riding weather. I would say I'm hoping for another dry winter, but we've been in a drought for like 2 years already and I'm sick of LA county telling me how much damn water I can use in my own house.
