what you mean to say you were 66 kms from melbourne on ausralia day and you didnt go to phillip island to witness the legend they call wayne gardner thumping his matchless around with over 250 other entries of classic motorcycles at the annual island classic? shame, i hope the polishing creams, liquids, sprays, wipes and cloths you all used on your lovely bikes were all made in ausralia.... p.s. at least craig mcmartin ( the current ducati riding pro twins multiple champion) beat the legend they call wayne the gardner on his australian built immaculatly prepared irving vincent, now on ausralia day seeing an ausralian built engine in an ausralian built bike absolutly demolish any hope of competition was a great way to spend the day.
