I get a mail one day from Sargants saying the seat is available at US$319, so I say great, buy one. Go to the Sargents site, try to order, and then receive a mail from their local distributor amcmotorcycles.com telling me that they will be selling it and with the pre-registration discount, it will be AU$569 (US$478).

WTF?

What a rip off!!!

Ill buy online, ship to a US address and have someone send it to me.
Or get a Corbins.

Damm we get stiched up in Australia with cozy sole distributer arrangements.

I work for an American company and travel to Boston occasionally, and have colleagues coming here frequently, so I should be able to do the postage for zero cost by putting it in a suitcase.

Ouch dollars to pounds. Paying double for the same damn thing is outragious. I need to find a company that will pay me in British pounds. My friend does and it is sad knowing his check is twice as much as mine once he converts in to dollars.
