No stalling problems at all. No tool kit came with it. But it did come with a battery tender, lol. Training wheels and all. It's pretty neat. I got it on eBay about 5 months ago.

My brother saw them in sears, and saltlake motorsports has them. i thought they were around the $300 range. I was planning on buying one for my nephew.
