Guy near me is selling an aluminum rear subframe for a 848, 1X98. He doesn't know much about it lol anyone know what brand it is?
Can someone help me identifie this aluminum subframe

I'm guessing based on the welds, home built

Yes it's gotta be a home-grown job. All out of parallel. It might work but it looks pretty nasty.
Mind you, the Pierobon replacement that I fitted to mine years ago (at great expense!) didn't fit very well, and took quite a bit of fiddling and Dremelling of holes to get it to fit.
But there is significant weight to be saved by replacing the stock steel item. Likewise the plastic cover under it. A carbon one of those saves over 400g.
The alloy subframe is not really recommended for two-up though.
