I've thought about buying something from that site, but it seemed sketchy. They ask for money just so you can place a bid, so I wasn't sure if it was a trustworthy site...
The problem with these company's is they are a over priced middle man. You don't list retail on a crashed product with a dinged title.

When the fix it price and bid is over the retail price of a crashed vehicle with a salvaged title what's the point. I will say you'll find deals here and there but when you peter, paul and mary are all bidding on the same deal it no longer becomes 1.

Honestly there is nothing really sketchy about it. It is legit just requires risk taking because you can only see so much from pictures. I decided to post this thread if anyone was thinking about buying a motorcycle from there. I have access to see them in person so I can check for hidden damage, frame damage, engine issues, etc...
I can tell you this much that 2012 848 corse 21xx miles is worth picking up for 5g's. Damage is pretty minimal. Needs from what i remember from a weeks ago, rh mid fairing shift lever and mirror. I'll check again sometime this week. Trust me runs like new, started it up last time.

Yeah, the problem is when something looks to be a great deal, you're not gonna be the only one that thinks so, and once a few people start bidding, it gets to the point where it's just average, and not really a good deal anymore.

A few months when I signed up on the site I was interested in buying a crashed ninja 300 for cheap. Some of them were going for under $1000 and it looked like it was just cosmetic damage, which I'd replace anyway. But once you get within a day of the dead line, people start bidding like crazy, and the bikes were getting in the 2500-3000 range..at which point it's not a good deal anymore when you can find a good one that hasn't been crashed for around 3500.
