Folks, for longer rides what is everyone using? I saw the cramp buster and go cruise, thinking about getting one but thought to get your feedback as well.

Not working, every bump you slow down so your always playing with it! The best one is, the end bar style that lock your handle but they are expensive 150$+

I've used Cramp Buster, Throttlemeister and one called OmniCruise.

The Cramp Buster is just a plastic thingy that goes around the throttle grip and allows you to actuate the throttle with your palm. It's ok but yeah it releases over bumps.

The Throttlemeister is an actual bar end that locks the throttle so you can take your hand completely off the bar. It's a little finiky to set but once there, it's wonderful on long rides but is costly at around $120 for a pair.

The OmniCruise is a pinch type device that is triangle shaped, pinches itself to the grip via adjustable clamp and the end of the triangle rests against the brake lever. It locks the throttle but you still have control if you need to throttle down. Cost is around $49.95 from SpeedMob. It's easy to use, easy to adjust, made of aluminum and allows you to remove your hand while maintaining speed.

Is there any chance of the OmniCruise interfering with breaking or rolling off the throttle? I was looking at these.

No chance of interfering. The amount of force it uses to hold the grip isn't much. Just enough and its force is adjustable. It's basically a friction hold. A quick flick of the wrist and you have full throttle control back.
