Hello,

Does somebody knows the difference of the clutch rod and spacer between a 848 '08 and 848 EVO?

848 EVO, 2011
117.2.007.2A Clutch rod
713.1.483.1A Spacer

848, 2008
117.2.007.1A Clutch rod
713.1.237.1A Spacer

Thanks,
Rolf

The Evo pushrod has a locating pin that locates into a slot in the slave piston. It's to stop the pushrod from rotating with drag from the clutch.

As far as I know the rod is otherwise the same as the pre evo model.

Hi Spoonz,

Thanks for the info, however can't remember seeing a locating pin at my bike.
Will check on it when I'm back.

Regards,

My rod does not look like the 848 (non EVO) rod. My rod had a pin and a plastic piece that fits into the cylinder.
