I pulled into the Rock Store in the Santa Monica mountains of California today and to my suprise there was the first Desmo on the street. It is a work of art. It was deliverd earlier in the week from Moto GP in San Diego. They had installed the slip ons and race ECU, man did it sound awesome.

Later in the day as I was riding home the owner and his possie were riding the other direction, you could sure pick out the Desmo and hear it as well. Boy am I jelous:ahhh:

The sound of this bike is INCREDIBLE! I'm living the dream and when I ride by folks, they are all taking a second and third look. I also have the race exhaust and ecu installed. In fact, I didn't even hear the bike with the stock exhaust on! I can tell you that by changing out the stock VS the race, the weight savings is about 14 pounds. Stock muffler, 14lbs, cat pipe, 4lbs, race exhaust 4lbs!
