Hello,

I've just got my new bike and tried the Ducati Data Analyzer (USB dongle)... unsucessfully... and unable to reach someone from prosa.com.

Each time I connect the dongle, I get a message telling me that the DDA was disconnected.

Has anybody some experience with this thing ???

I'm suffering the same thing with my XP machine... anyone out there had any luck? I'm going to try it on my other machine that has Vista on it.

Found this on their web site, hope this helps. Looks like this problem exists in both XP and Vista.

I just picked up my DDA and Im getting the same erorr too, I remember seeing some posts from several months back, which I'm trying to find now in the archives. Will post if I manage to sort the problem...

Vista was more troublesome than XP... Has anyone 'flashed' their DDA device with success, as per Paco's post?

EDIT: I tried plugging the DDA device directly into the PC rather then through a hub (i.e. keyboard or monitor) and it worked fine. Trick for new players, I guess...
