I purchased a diavel in August last year, soon after the bike computer would reset while riding and the clock displays would reset. Mileage would go blank and the clock would reset itself.

I contacted my local ducati garage and he passed it on to ducati for a solution. Since then I have had the bike in and it has had another black box, but continues to reset itself.

I have to say that Ducati themselves have been useless. The mechanic has assured me he has passed on my emails to Ducati ( got to be approaching double figures) and they just don't seem to give a shit.

Can anyone throw any light on this problem or tell me what my options are in getting Ducati to face this problem.

Much appreciated.
Thanks

Not sure if you have a Lemon Law.
Generally speaking, means if they can not fix it within so many times, you return it to the Dealer.
They have to get you another bike. New.

When I had a problem(Diavel) I called Ducati themselves.
Problem was solved within the hour to take it to the Dealer and they will fix it.
False neutrals.
I skipped the dealer.
Warranty was out by 6 months. Done on goodwill.
