For sale: New, never used, virgin 5AM (HW610) ECU for 2006 Super Sport 1000 USA (Part Number 28641021C).
I purchased this from eBay a couple of months ago on the assumption I would need it as a replacement, however my existing ECU turned out to be fine, so I need to get rid of it to make room for other purchases.
eBay vendor sold this as "new" "old stock", which is to say it has never been installed or paired with a bike, i.e., it's virgin and can be flashed with any map for compatible bike models. The "firmware" number is HW610.
I had it on my bike for 5 minutes at idle just in order to double check if my existing ECU was faulty.
It was originally posted for $399 + shipping, then the price was reduced to $299 which is what I paid.
Asking $250 shipped within North America.
