I have this on my 848 track bike and LOVE it. But I got a second track bike and want to move to a portable lap timer that I can re-use between bikes.

This is the starlane GPS receiver that plugs right into the Ducati wiring harness near the steering stem. The 848/1098/1198s come pre-wired and all you do is plug this in. You store the start/stop line once during the morning warmup lap or as you wait on the hotpit lane, and it automatically splits each lap for you the rest of the day. You don't have to do anything. AND stores all the data right on the bike's console, you can page through them with the left handlebar control switch. It also plays well with the DDA if you have one.
