It fits on top of your front forks so you can install a cellphone, GPS, radar detector, garage opener, toll pass or anything you wish. Matches well with the color of the forks which makes it looks like factory. It is well solid built. Mint condition nothing wrong. I have 2 sets and no need for this one.
