I'm from the southern part of Germany, near Stuttgart and riding Ducati bikes all my life. Now I want to make my dream come true and buy a 450 Desmo. I found this bike 1973 Ducati 450 Desmo ? Northeast Sportscar . Does anybody know this bike or the dealer? Would anybody inspect the bike on my behalf? Of course I'm willing to refund expenses. I would very much appreciate Your support.

Bike looks nice and clean.

Black stripes are seriously different to how they were delivered here in Australia.

Worth looking into its authenticity before buying from such a distance.

It's true; some things are making me curious, e.g. the shock absorbers are clearly later replacements, maybe rom a Pantah.

Is there a register with frame and engine numbers, against which I could check the authenticiy?
