help with exhaust and ecu

can anyone help with a problem with my new hypermotard , i have just got a set of termi exhausts with air filter and different ecu, can i just swop ecu myself and will it run ok or do i need to take it to a dealer to reset anything

Not sure on the Hyper, but when I changed the same on my 1098, the dealer told me that the ECU setup is different from the Std setup. Due to the ECU being setup for better performance.
