Since I'm still waiting for my 1098S 08 I was wonder how many of you already got one here in US and when you put the money down for it (I did back in March).
I'd like to have some feedback from some of you guys before jump on my dealer neck.

2 weeks for me and I was at the dealer and he has on on the floor now also.

I put a $500 deposit down on July 14 and picked-up the bike on August 2. Mine is a standard model....don't know if that makes any difference.

Picked my base up a week ago. Original deposit placed 06 April. Was told mid-September, two weeks ago. Called a different dealer and he had a few in stock; SOLD!

I got a 2008 Black 1098S 3 weeks ago

The dealer I got it from said no more 1098S will be available for months... year end or beginning 2008. I hope you ger yours sooner!

I put my $1K deposit down yesterday on a black "S" and dealer says mid to late Oct.
