Has any one ever hydro dipped parts before? I have a few things I want to Hydro drip in Carbon Fiber to match my Carbon Rear Fugger. Just curious to see if any one has done it and what the results were. I have a good hook up with a local guy that does it.

I personally have not done it but I have a friend who did a custom paint job on his drag bike and added some hydro dipped hundred dollar bills on it over a orange paint scheme. Not my taste but looked really cool. I have another friend who hydro dipped his airbox on the new corvette. Very cool process.

Yeah I have seen what they can do and its a very cool process. Im more interested in getting the Carbon look with out spending a bunch of money on real Carbon. If I like the Carbon look, they I will slowly get the real Carbon and replace the parts.

I dipped some old carbon fiber parts, colours were faded and they had some scratches.
Could have bought some new parts, but choose to save some money and dipped the old parts. I am Very pleased with the end result.
