Hi - Good comment. I checked the cush drive recently when I changed the rear sprocket - they look great. Is there any play in the cush drive?
Finally got my Darmah out on it's first serious test drives after it's resurrection from 10 years in storage. The bike runs well but when I accelerate, it's smooth for a second or two then seems to jump slightly as if something is "catching up" - could that be the old cush-drive? I checked it...www.ducati.ms
Hi - It is the original throttle with only 6K miles on it, I will clean and lube it though. ThanksIs it the original throttle tube?
The plastic bit under the hand grip that pulls the throttle cable.
These are often changed for one off a jap bike either for cheap replacement or to increase throttle response speed.
