I bought LED bulbs from my reputable seller on ebay. The bulbs a perfect. Color is exactly what I want which is 6000K. I have all my cars running these Lasfit bulbs. However, the H11 bulbs I bought for my 1098 are a little longer/deeper and won't allow the covers to be snapped on. I am running these same fanless bulbs on my wife's 2016 Honda Accord Coupe. It looks like I am going to have to 3D print some new covers because I don't want to ruin or modify the factory covers that say, "Made in Italy." Has anyone had this similar problem, and were you able to buy aftermarket covers or do the same thing I am about to do? I supplied a picture of the difference in the bulbs. Factory on the right, upgrade LED on the left.
Thank You in advance.
Frank M.

I had this same issue with my Diavel as there's no space for the conventional Philips LED's I normally use, so went with a recommendation from one of the guys on the Diavel forum and bought these off Ali Express:

I was a bit concerned they might be rubbish, but was very surprised when they turned up - quality was really good, solidly constructed (all metal) and very good light output.
Also similar issue on a Supersport S where there is zero room behind the headlight as the forks run so close to the bulbs. On that I had to end up using some high quality Philips halogens which improved the light output and gave a white light that matched the DRL.

Thank You cs363,
I will look into them. But I am going to try and print some new covers to use the LED bulbs I just purchased. I have been running these in all my vehicles for years and have never had a failure. I'll definitely share my results.

Hey cs363,
I just purchased them from Ali Express. I'll give them a shot, this way I don't have to sit down and design the covers right away.
Worst case scenario if for whatever reason they don't work for you I'm pretty sure you'll be able to sell them to a Diavel 1200 owner! Good luck (y)
