Hey guys. Recently put the Panigale through a "light" low side slide on its left side. I cried, I fixed the plastic, all is better now, sorta... It feels like the turn to the left ever since has been a little soft. Feels different from my other bikes. (R6 and an Aprilia RSV1000). Wondering if my forks and triple trees may be the culprit. Any suggestions or thoughts from anyone?? Could be I'm still suffering from the post crash gitters too. Thanks so much guys and have a great day.

Sorry to hear about your left side slide Preston.. thankfully you are okay.

It might be post crash jitters or possibly something that you overlooked and should be addressed.

In an effort to help you out, can you define or give an example of "a little soft" ? .. haven't heard that one before.

Lower Countersteer pressure

When you lean into a left hand turn it feels like the countersteering pressure Im used to feeling is not there. It feels alot stronger on the right hand turns. It feels stronger on my other bikes too. Does this help at all??

Loosen the pinch bolts on the lower triple and the pinch bolts on the axle and bounce the suspension a few times. It may just be that the forks have rotated slightly in the clamps knocking things out of line.

Maybe a slight bend in a bar end ?

Rotated forks is a possibility ..

Has anyone test rode the bike to confirm or discount your concerns?

Good Idea - test drive

Great idea! I'll get one of the buddy's to give it a beating. They would enjoy that anyway. I'll tell them what to look out for too. Thanks so much and I'll fill ya in on what they think later.
