Arm pump seems to no longer be an issue for Dani. Back in rare form. Marc still crashed in FP1 I believe so not sure what to make of the bike..

must say things are looking good for rossi. he likes this track and the tires seem to be suiting him this weekend. mm ran wide on turn one so many times, he won't be able to do that in the race if he hopes to beat the others. last corner last lap on race day could be very exciting...

Should be a great race.

Lorenzo on the brink of the championship lead, Rossi trying to hang onto his points lead, Marquez with nothing to lose, Pedrosa getting stronger and trying to justify a factory ride next year.

And the Ducatis gradually improving week by week. Iannone like a wildcard amongst the championship contenders.

And the Suzukis returning to the fray, with some mercurial speed. As someone said once - "Life is good.."

;)

Don't forget the race in Holland is on SATURDAY people..

Should be a good race for Rossi (I hope)

Weather says rain overnight between friday and saturday, but not much. So crossing my fingers for a dry race.

And the Ducatis gradually improving week by week. I annone like a wildcard amongst the championship contenders.
In the last 4 races, Ducati's had the first two DNF's of the season and the final positions in the last two races were given to Iannone due to other's misfortunes, including his own teammate. If you study the data, if you watch the races, you'll see the GP15 slowly slipping backwards from the front since Jerez.

Now that Suzuki have a better motor and Dani is finally riding to his potential, it will be harder and harder for the boys in red to make a difference at the front. They still have some issues, both riders have been complaining about front feel for a while now. With Marc and Dani doing better, I have a feeling the two of those guys will slowly rise to take up any chance of a podium position for either Suzuki or Ducati for the rest of the season in dry races.

It sucks, I really hoped Ducati could put together something that worked. Earlier in the season the GP15 seemed very promising, but as other riders rose to the top, Ducati slipped backwards.

Top Ducati results this season:

Qatar: 2nd +.174
COTA: 2nd +2.35
Argentina: 2nd +5.65
Jerez: 6th +27.021
LeMans: 3rd 12.380
Mugello: 2nd +5.563
Catalunya: 4th +24.95

So yea, outside of Mugello which is a test track for the Ducati team, their results haven't been so stellar since the first three arounds.

Ha.. I like the way you think..
Been pretty cool catching up on the FP's and QP's tonight after work.
Staying spoiler free at work is a bit difficult, but managed..
Glad the GP sight has the spoiler free option..

Very happy to see Rossi have the weekend that he is having so far, but Mother Nature is still a player..
And Marc makes me nervous.. Watching him so close to Jorge in FP3 and FP4 was tense.

Anyone know about any updates coming for the GP15?

Seeing Yamaha bring out a new chassis is pretty impressive.. Going for it that they are.

Marc seems to like the '14 chassis, and says that it helps him control his mistakes.. Seems that he can't avoid making mistakes, just try's to catch himself once they occur?

Hope Marc doesn't take anyone out in turn one.. That would suck.. Dancing on the edge he is..

See how Iononne goes.. He won't be able to use the soft tire for the race, but the Suzuki's may try..

Should be an interesting race. If Marc can finish the race? Should be a good battle up front.
