I need to replace the fuel filter and spark plugs
on my 2004 ducati 999

cannot find the part numbers and dont know how
many spark plugs i need

please help

Two spark plugs as its a single spark twin engine.

Fuel filter is that from a BMW 2002. So you can hit up any car parts place and buy one.

Pull one of the plugs out to get the number. Ducati changed the number A LOT and I'd just put in what you take out.

Sparkplugs:
Oh boy, do not buy those "short neck" NGK. You will have problem removing later on without thin wall sparkplug socket. Buy the proper ones (long neck)

Lots of 'em! It goes the other way as well. My "Austrian" made KTM's have Italian fairings.

Seriously? The Austrian's couldn't make the fairings themselves?
