Folks-

I just installed new CRG levers (they look and generally feel great).

Problem 1 - Clutch lever only works in the 3 farthest out positions. What happens is the lever pulls all the way to the bar in every position, the first 3 positions it hits the bar too soon and the clutch doesnt fully engage. How do I adjust this throw?

Problem 2 - The brake lever works perfectly - but I still have the same annoying play that the stock lever had (just better lever position). How do I take that huge slack out of the brake play. Id like quicker responsiveness and feel to my brakes, i have to pull like an inch before it engages - this makes it difficult to feel for light trail braking application.

Cheers.

Dave...
The only thing I can think of that you could adjust here is probably the little pivot pin / thruster. When you removed it from the OEM levers, did you count or mark the treads? On mine there was a little white mark that I used to line them back up on the CRG's. If that pin is too far in, you'll have exactly the problems you're reporting with your clutch and brakes...

Try unscrewing the pin out a bit, and give it another shot. You'll be able to fine tune them that way...
