I cannot praise their service dept, specifically the service manager Ryan enough. This is how a dealer should operate (when they make a mistake they own it).

And the guys that work there play around on the race track.

I bought my first Ducati from them last year.
I will use them for any other Ducati purchases moving forward.

I had a thread detailing the issues with my bike (bought it used), and how the dealer took care of the problems. They missed several things on the bike when they took it on trade, but the fact that they made the necessary repairs, and defended me with Ducati meant a lot to me.

There were things they could have done better initially, but in the end they did the right thing for me.

And its fun as hell chasing Ryan around at Thunderbolt when he is on his Monster!

I get you I was more worried about a breakdown were I had to have the bike transported to dealer.

Dealer came to me to get my bike, and deliver it back to me
