I dont think the 848 came with a red key. If I remember correctly, it just has the credit card size piece of plastic with all the relevant info on it.

Correct came with card, my 749s came with a red key.

My ducati binder has 2 black keys and a black/white credit card with a barcode on it

It's a black card, I was wrong. But i did say card

The code is on that card. They also came with a little piece of metal that you can keep on a key ring with the code engraved in it.
