I want to powder coat my wheels in the off season.

Give them a call and ask how much to PC the wheels. They will tell you exactly what to do. Most of the cost is all in the prep work.

American Stripping Company in Manassas Park also does good work. We've taken parts to them before and they've done...well, pretty good work.

Some powder coating companies would want you to take off the tires, brake discs, wheel weights, valves, rubber seals and the wheel bearings. You will need a special tool to get the bearings out. I had my wheels powder coated last year and that's what they had me do.
