So I just put my deposit on a 2008 1098 I'm in Iraq right now so I have to wait until I get home. (A Gift to my self) So I was wondering if I put the full evoulution Akrapovic ststem on it will it be ok from this stalling crap. Do i need to put a USB PC on it??? what do you think...how will it sound?

build base ducati in uk just had a 1-2 in british superstock with akra's on 1098s.can't be bad.

an aftermarket ecu should be used to make it run perfect but from what leo vince told me is that as long as the o2 sensor is in place the ecu will adjust the mixture to the parameters set in it.

Really like the Akrapovic Ti system and have owned them on other bikes, but what I heard from my dealer is, if you buy a full system the warrenty stays valid as long as you buy the Termignoni full system. I'm not sure if this is true, but since Ducati and Termignoni are working together on the exhaust I wouldn't doubt it. Besides, the cans on the Akrapovic system look OK, but I would rather have them look more like the Termi's.
