Maybe the yellow is a protective sheet applied for shipping the bike. Did you try peeling it off to reveal the red Ducati underneath?

I originaly wanted a red one, but I waited too long and was lucky enough to get the last '07 in the northeast which was yellow. I was gonna have it painted red but when I saw it in person I fell in love. The red ones definately look better in the magazines but in person the yellow just takes over!!!!!!!!

Stoner's isn't yellow. Bayliss's wasn't/isn't yellow. Foggy's wasn't yellow. None of the "Race" Ducati's from the factory are ever yellow....

Other than that...thanks everyone...as to the red vs. yellow...despite that yellow is the sickest color for a bike in the first place...the red one is simply boring...whenever I will go to e.g. a bike night I know that there will be dozens of red ones but at the same time, I can be pretty certain that I am the only one in yellow... :naughty:

But all personal thoughts aside...the red one *is* stunning as well...I had to leave the shop yesterday or I would have ended up buying the red one as well... :yo:
