I am changing the seals on a 2010 848 I just bought. Using the manual, it says to remove the Allen bolt on the bottom of the fork leg to completely disassemble. The problem is, once I cracked the bolt loose, it spins the tube that is in the bottom of the fork leg. Even if I hold it still I can't get the bolt out! I used a ratchet by hand so I'm sure I didn't strip it.

Vice with some aluminum jaws? That is part of my kit.

Made a lasso with a conduit and aircraft cable!!
