Hi Slob, close, its a NSW tag. Pics taken at the ferry stop at Mooney Mooney. Turn right heading north just before the bridge and ride out to the railway line.

DucatiGuy, ha ha. Yeah, something like that. Im just keen to get it run in ASAP. The shop I bought from wouldn't install the Termis until it had the first 1000k or risk the warranty, so I ate up the miles quick. :)

Hey Slob, man I know what you mean. I have tried a few times to get nice wheelie pics, and its hard to find someone who can use the camera well. It isn't easy. If your in Syd look me up and we can do a photo shoot day. Ive got a 70-200 F2.8 lens that will do the trick.

This is the best my friend did after maybe 20 runs and 1 clutch.....
I don't know about the Duc clutch, but I found out the hard way you let the R1 clutch cool down after a few wheelies.... Quite disappointing to go out and try for a good pic and go home without the shot you want.

Hi Todka,
What have you done with your number plate holder.....it looks like you have cut it off. Mine is still long and ugly, I was thinking of hacking it off too.

I took my pictures near the mooney mooney bridge....very popular area!

Why don't you just unbolt the number plate backing which then leaves just the main bracket?
Yeah I thought of that, but I would have had to drill the number plate to suit. I was not sure it was legal to have screw heads in the middle of the plate. Is that what you have done? My other alternative is to make an adaptor plate.

Hi there TCM,

Exactly. I just took a hacksaw to it. When I find a nice fender eliminator I will do something else.

I got a few of the R1 at the bridge too. If you follow the road to the ferry stop, you can get a shot without the armco barrier in it.
