I saw this nice looking Ducati in transit while at Speed-way in lovely W. Carrolton, OH. Does anyone know what year this Duc is?

Hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like a gold frame/gold wheels so I would say it is one of the first series 97-99, 2000-2003 were silver framed and wheels.

I'm guessing this is a 98-99. The front disc carriers on my 2000 ST2 have triangular slots rather than the circular holes.
