Hi I just notice a small puddle under my bike. It appears as if is coming from the rubber tube that is sticking out of the bottom fairing (maybe an overflow tube). I touched it and it's a light browny colour. My bike was serviced about 3 months ago I'm not an everyday rider but I've ride it enough and haven't really noticed any thing before. Does anyone have any ideas?

That tube may be the one that, in part, comes from the air box drain for the crank case ventilation system. there could be a few reasons why there is oil...could be coming from some other area... maybe a normal deal... if it were my bike, I would remove the bottom fairings and inspect, just to make sure.... prolly not a big deal.

PS... when you drop the fairing, look to make sure the oil is not coming from a not so tight oil filter,,or call the dealer who did your service work.

Not quite sure what to make of this. I took off the panels and noticed the oil was really low so I let it warm up to 60 degrees which took maybe 3-5min not sure if that's enough for the oil to circulate properly and I noticed where I think the oil is leaking from but not sure.

It seems to be under the oil filter. The small hub with a bolt attached next to the oil filter. Very bottom of engine (sorry I can't mark pictures as I'm on my mobile).
They all seem tight so I'm think it could be leaking from deeper in the bike and running down to these points..

I bet you will be able to remove the filter by hand. I had a filter come loose and leak, after a shop rebuilt my bike( Thank god for warranties). Filter only had 600 miles on it. I made sure and let the shop know. I was able to remove mine by hand and I didn't have any oil on the motor. I now check the filter every 500 miles or when ever I check for loose bolts.

Last month I had a similar looking out leak, there was oil down low on the bike, So after taking both fairings, tightening everything, doing an oil change and cleaning up the bike, I found the kick stand bolts to be loose. I tightened those up and checked everything else and haven't had an issue yet. It doesn't hurt to check everything, you may even find other things that could use a little tightening. Best of luck and keep us updated.

Also check the oil delivery pipe hose lines to the oil cooler.

I think that was it Dutch the top pipe was very lose I tightened it as much as I could but it's still leaking.
The oil filter seems very tight and the side stand is very mucky but doesn't seem to be leaking any oil.
There seems to be a lot of oil from the over flow tube nearest the radiator so I checked my oil level and it seems very high.

Thanks tchase and Dutch. I stupidly only tightened the bolt going into the engine as that's where it was leaking from. I tightened the outter bolt towards the hose and it had more leverage to turn the bolt attached to the engine. I let it run for about 10min to 100degrees and no leaks! :D my only concern is that the hose is a bit twisted now and I'm not sure if it's safe like that or not. Ideally I'd like to leave it like that as it seems fixed!
My bike was service about 2-3months ago and I blindly believed I would have no reason to check the oil level it's scary thinking how long I was riding with it that high...
