After exhaustively researching limited resources (Project 1201 etc.) for SL target rider weight design specifications, suspension engineering data (titanium rear shock spring and fork springs) escapes revelation. Granted, engineer(s) factored in consumer weight variations within a doubtless tight range relative to the Ti medium limitations. Perhaps consensus is that assembly adjustment should account for the lading range. Is the applied engineering target rider weight spec available to anyone here (or nonexistent)? Devoid of roadrace team exposure, I'm admittedly blind.

Impression:
A 102kgs rider-laden sag setup functionally overstresses the spring (+27kgs or 36%) while inducing premature bottoming and errant handling characteristics. The solution would be a load-spec replacement spring. This 75kgs engineering load spec would call for simultaneous fork modification as well. The +36% (27kgs above target 75kgs) overladen sag adjustments deliver static preloading thereby forcing a reduction in compression while limiting intended performance with negative consequences (not to mention Ti spring and forkspring(s) stress).
