I ordered a set of Termi slip-ons, and when the shipment arrived the other day the ECU was missing, no big deal i called the supplier and he is sending on out to me immediately.

I want to hear the termis so bad

So here is my question:
How will the bike run if i install only the termis?
How will the bike run if i install the termis and the new air cleaner?
How will the bike run if i install the termis, the new air cleaner and plug off the O2 sensor?

Basically, what is my best option till i get my ECU and have to bike's TPS reset?

I ran 8 weeks with can only with dB killers in. Could not tell any dif.
Installed the ecu 3 weeks ago for track day. I did not have tools req. to do the rest. Ran the same.
2 weeks ago, had dealer set TPS, ran it on the dyno with dB,s in, I was some what dissapointed.
Last week I finally fitted the air cleaner and removed th O2 senser. Still with dB killers in. I still cant tell any diff accept after ecu, fuil milage went to $hit.
So next is the dBs out, and yes, the seat of the pants thrill will be great, but I dont want to ware ear plugs, but I know this is the only way to get the last bit of HP out of her.
So the next trip to the track,

I only ran the bike with the Termi's and no airfilter/ECU and it seemed to run ok but popped and farted a little and I was reluctant to thrash the crap out of her in case the fueling was out - I was advised that the airfilter is more what would screw up the fueling so I decided to install that together withthe ECU. Once I got the Airfilter and ECU in the popping and farting stopped, idle seemed to drop and the engine took on a more lumpy cam sound to it - the thump thump in your chest sound suddenly came out.

I say go ahead and put the Termi's on straight away, ride it gently and wait till the ECU arrives before putting in the filter and resetting the TPS.
