I have a 2006 999 w/ slip on Termignoni and ECU. I want to know if anyone has ever found the remaining pipes to replace the rest of the exhaust instead of purchasing a full system.

Yes, you can make it into full sytem and ducati sell them. They call it :
Ugrading kit complete 2-1-2 unit with 57mm steel manifolds and racing ecu. part number 96445205BA
