are they the same? I have a list of the 848 and need some for my 1098. The foloowing to be exact.

Axles F & R
Caliper mounting botls
fork pinch bolts

The caliper and pinch are the same but the rear axle is different due to the large size of the 1x98 axle. The 848 is 176Nm and the 1x98 is 230Nm.

Front axle is the same also. The 848 and 1x98 share a lot of the same fasteners except that large rear hub on the 1x98.

Are you sure? I just looked it up in the 848 workshop manual for the 848 and it says 230 Nm

I'd post you the link to where this argument was played out back in 2009 but 230nm is 175ftlbs and the 848 is def not that high of torque for the nut. On the rear OEM wheel on my 848 it was stamped 176Nm.
