What is considered low RPM? Below 3? Or below 2?
My experience with Ducati varies as my 1198 would chug below 4000 rpm, yet my new 821 monster lugs below 2500 rpm. My SV1000 has no issue pulling from idle, but vibrates above 8000 rpm.
